- Don’t include stakeholder that not needed
- Focus on solution not explain the problem

We often insist on using task management tools, but for me, when it comes to the product, helping the new design team understand the product is more important. I usually prefer using Figma to manage tasks in the early stages, allowing them more time to explore and dive into the design process.

Centralized decision-making is essential because when there’s a design issue, people often reach out directly to the concerned designer. While this isn’t inherently wrong, designers frequently jump straight into work without fully understanding the potential risks involved.
By implementing a centralized approach, all issues should be directed to a central point first. From there, we can categorize which tasks will be tackled and which ones require further discussion.
